Film Photography in Print
By Charys Schuler / SilvergrainClassics

Our featured portfolio has Polaroids from the exhibition at the Helmut Newton Stiftung in Berlin, with photos from icons like Newton and William Wegman to contemporary artists and unknowns from decades past. Other portfolios include mystical black and white from Robin Kuusela and bold colors from Markus Jork.

More international analog photography portfolios! Stéfane France — from France — shows us his humorous view of the world, Jaime Vedres, show how he manages to combine his passion for various film formats with his professional commercial work, and Jo Chapman shares her photos which showcase a mindful approach.

“I’d like to use film in my professional work, but…” We have four photogrphers who find that film sets them apart and adds to their financial success!
Jaime Vedres is mentioned above. Johannes Huwe not only captures Americana, but also works for commercial clients like Burger King and Porsche. Marwan El Mozayen combines avant-garde fashion, its interaction with models, and the skin-tone-enhancing properties of film. Kitty Clark used twins lens cameras in her successful wedding photography business, and will take film photography with her into the next stage of her life and career.
